0260(1)(a) During the inspection, Licensors observed a large bottle of dish soap on the counter accessible to children. The bottle label did read "keep out of reach of children". 0260(5) During the inspection, Licensors observed a weed wacker lawn tool in the outdoor play area leaning against the fence along with various PVC pipes and scrap wood fencing accessible to children.
